Choral Evensong for the Feast of SS. Peter and Paul

A podcast service of Choral Evensong from St. Paul’s, celebrating the Feast of SS. Peter and Paul.

The anthem is Benjamin Britten’s epic ‘Rejoice in the Lamb’, recorded live in concert at St. Paul’s in February, 2016, and sung by the ‘New Chamber Singers’, directed by our Organist, Stefano Vasselli.  Members of the St. Paul’s choir sing C.V. Stanford’s Evening Service in D and the Responses are by John Bertalot, set for men’s voices.  The service concludes with the Finale of C.M. Widor’s Symphony No. 2 for organ, played by our Organist, Stefano Vasselli.
