DESCRIPTION:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN FOR THE CALL TO THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING\nOF ST PAUL’S WITHIN THE WALLS\, ROME\, ITALY. \nIt will be held in the Church following a Bilingual Eucharist at 10.30 on Sunday 10th March 2024. \nTime for the meeting is approximately 12.30.\n \nThere will be a Parish Luncheon in the Crypt after the meeting. \n  \nEligibility for Voting:  \nThose eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting of the parish shall be: \n\nBaptized and communicant members of the Episcopal/Anglican Church and of the Parish;\nSixteen (16) years and above in age;\nHave been attending St Paul’s for not less than three (3) months;\nAre pledging members of the congregation or regular contributors to the church’s ministry and life.\n\nThe Vestry may at their discretion also allow the vote to those who have expressed a desire to become full members of the Anglican Communion and the Parish\, but have not yet been formally received. \nThe list of members eligible to vote shall be displayed at least two Sundays before the Parish meeting and closed one week in advance of the meeting. \nParish Nominating Committee:\nThe Vestry is the Nominating Committee. \nPositions Open For Nominating:\nOne position as Warden (2 years) and three positions on Vestry (1 for 1 year\, 2 for 2 years). Any St Paul’s Church communicant in good standing wishing to run for any of these positions\, or wishing to make recommendations\, is asked to speak to a member of the Vestry.
